Refund Policy
If you have experienced difficulties with a Orbasoft product, before you decide on requesting a refund we ask that you to please contact our dedicated customer support here:
support@orbasoft.com. We are here to assist you with the problem with the utmost priority. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to Orbasoft within 60 days of the date of purchase. Orbasoft is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail, delays for downloading, or other communication system delays. Orbasoft will only refund the amount you paid for the Orbasoft product plus any appropriate taxes charged with that order. Orbasoft will not refund any shipping or handling charges that may have been charged to you in respect of your return of your CD to Orbasoft. Refunds will be made in the same manner as you purchased the product. For example, if you purchased the product by check, Orbasoft will send your refund by check, so please ensure we have your current mailing address. If you purchased by credit card, your credit card account will be credited. All refunds will be made within 15 working days of the receipt of a valid request when possible. If a CD version of the software was purchased, the CD must be returned to Orbasoft in its original resalable condition, including any packaging, documentation, manuals, and accessories. CDs that are not returned in original condition will be charged a restocking fee.
